changes to be started and/or completed tomorrow

here is some stuff that i want to fix up or create incase anyone cares:

1) going to fix the left side to make it look nicer.
2) going to see if its possible for top 10 topics widget for the forum.
3) going to make sure every forum signature has a nicer border around it.
4)might fix the multi quote button and make it actually work.
5) make accounts for mega monarchs and other staff focused items.
note: i prefer not making too hard to do so i just focused on seeing the picture image rather than the text you would see on it to tell you which section it is.
